By creating an account or using Jobyhood, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Jobyhood is an AI-powered job matching platform that connects professionals with companies based on verified skills. Our services include AI-driven profile building, XP-based progress tracking, anonymous profile matching, and job posting management for companies.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: providing false or misleading information, attempting to manipulate the matching algorithm, harassing other users, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. Jobyhood reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Jobyhood platform are owned by Jobyhood Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. XP Points and Rewards

XP points reflect your career progress on the platform. They are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Jobyhood reward program. Gold bar rewards are subject to eligibility requirements and are granted only upon verified employment through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jobyhood provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of information provided by other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
